We are a brand carrying the name of the enigmatic being mentioned prior, Barker; and as the question states, a store. We sell the clothing we like to wear, as well as some other products we like to use. Learn more About Us here! 😊

Barker the store? Or Barker Barker? As there is no physical store, we assume you mean him... Either way in Western Australia! You may have passed us many a time without even knowing... oooo spooky 👻
How old is Barker?
Barker considers this a rude question and refuses to answer... We apologise on his behalf.
As a store however, we live in the now! We are now years old! 🤔

What do the flags mean when on a product?
When a product title finishes with a flag or a set of them, i.e., 🇦🇺🇳🇿, this means the item is only available in the countries in which the flags represent. (We do this to make your shopping experience as quick and painless as possible, nobody likes clicking into a product they want only to find it can't be delivered to your location.) Please note: the countries where delivery of the specific item is available will also be found listed in the product description. ❤️
However, sometimes product names won't include flags if there are too many places in which they are available. So please be diligent and be sure to read the description found underneath the product!
What kind of products do you sell?
Majority of our store is made up of clothing, styles and colours we ourselves like to wear! We also sell accessories, and other non-clothing items. We encourage you to look around!
Where do the designs come from?
All of our designs are drawn up digitally on one tablet. This means only one idea can be created at a time. Understandably, this takes some time and effort... Hands up those thinking Barker should splurge for a new iPad?
Where is the clothing sourced from?
As a tiny brand, we'd be inundated if we did everything ourselves, and although all the designs are created and clothing chosen in house, we can't do everything ourselves. 😞 It's made even harder considering Barker just sits there and judges us, granted he does only have paws!
Just to add to this, turns out we're not great clothiers! So better made elsewhere anyway. Our products are sourced from over the world, that being said, they are brands we trust, and use when we need products for ourselves.

How long does it take each product to be made?
Each product is different, meaning it takes a different amount everytime one is made. However, on average, you will be looking at around 2-5 business days. (Similar info found in production time tab below)
The items in question are made specifically to your purchase, meaning it will take a little longer than you might expect (from a big company for instance), as we do not keep them in stock.
Think of each one of your items as one of a kind, specifically made for you! ❤️
Care Guide
Printed Apparel
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colours. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Should not use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside out. Don't iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking the print and shrinking the garment, which can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
Embroidered Apparel
Embroidered apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colours. You can use slight chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine is the safer option.
If you notice any colour residue in the water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can be dry-cleaned.
After washing, don't leave the clothing to soak or lie in a pile while wet. Don't wring out the embroidered items, but if you want to tumble-dry them, use a cool air setting.
If the garment needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. Should not wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.
Embroidered Hats, Backpacks & Shoes
Embroidered hats, backpacks, and shoes can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, hats and shoes can be hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes.
All three products can’t be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned. Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.
All-Over Printed Apparel
Printed apparel and fabrics can be machine-washed cold with like colours, without bleach. Don’t dry-clean or tumble-dry the apparel. You can iron it with a low heat setting.
Posters & Canvas
To ensure that your posters and canvas last a long time, don’t keep them in direct sunlight or outdoors. They can be gently dusted with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.
Phone Cases
To clean a phone case:
Remove the case from your phone.
Add mild soap to water, and dampen a cloth or sponge
With the damp cloth, rub your case gently in circles
Let your case air-dry at room temperature
Fleece Hoodies
Machine-wash warm, inside out. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble-dry on a low setting. Iron on a medium setting. Do not iron Barkers face. Do not dry clean.
Mugs
Dishwasher-safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand-wash them.

Why do I have to pay for shipping?
Why do you have to pay for shipping?!
We get it! Getting to the end of your shop and being slapped with a ridiculous shipping fee is, well, ridiculous. It's actually the worst! Many times, some of us here have decided to leave at the checkout for these reasons alone!
But in the spirit of keeping things simple and being as honest with you as possible, we'll let you know what's going on before you get to the checkout! (If you've come here after already checking out, hello from the past)
How much it costs us:
Shipping is funny; the price is determined by a factor of size, weight, and destination. For instance, if you are close by, your package will be cheaper for us to send than if it needs to go across the world. So simply, the larger your order and the further you live from us, the more we pay to get it to you.
We did a little research and found that, on average, we're looking at around ~$20.00, factoring all locations and sizes of products we send. We could have made this our shipping price, but we figured it is only fair to share the load.
$10 plus for us, $10 precisely for you!
Thus, we charge a flat rate of $10 Australia/New Zealand-wide.
But spend $100, and shipping is on us!
*Also applies for the US, GB, JP, BR, EU and CA ($10 and $100 AUD, in their respective currencies).
**Rest of the world is determined by weight, size, and distance, then calculated at checkout.
We also offer Live Calculated Flat Rates depending on product weight and the distance it needs to travel. This option is available for those who do want to pay the appropriate live price to get it shipped. It is sometimes more, sometimes less than $10. Maybe you'll get lucky.
Express Shipping is also available for certain products and when delivering to select locations.
We understand that you (the customer) are why we are here! So we've tried hard to decrease the shipping price for you as much as possible; unfortunately, this is the lowest we can do to still make a profit. Your kindness and understanding on the matter are much appreciated! ❤️

What is your production time?
Our orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Processing times can vary depending on time of year and order size. It's important to note processing time is just an estimate, as each product is different.
Is delivery time just an estimate?
Yes. Delivery times are an estimate! Not a garuenty. Here are a few resons an order might arrive after is estimated delivery time:
- Issues in the print/embroidery stages. (Re-processing order)
- Having to regather elments needed for specific order.
- Shipping related delays: Missed delivery, bad weather, or other such service disruptions.
Why so many shipping options?
We want to supply you with as many options as possible! We understand that not everyone is the same; some people wish for short wait times, even if it means paying more, whilst others would prefer to spend less, even if it means waiting longer for their parcel to arrive. In contrast, some people would rather pay a little extra if it means supporting the planet.
Because of this, we offer our AUD 10 standard shipping (Free over $100) and the Live calculated rate; this is the price you'd be paying otherwise if we did not include the $10 delivery. We included it in case. It sometimes works out to be lower than $10, so keep an eye out for even cheaper shipping! 😉
What are Carbon Neutral deliveries?
Carbon Neutral deliveries are our promise to reduce our carbon footprint by funding and supporting companies that are proving, scaling, and commercializing climate solutions for massive impact in the long term. By teaming up with companies such as Grassroots Carbon, which enables farmers to capture carbon in soil, we aim to help remove more carbon with every delivery made.
What is CO2 offsetting?
Thinking of carbon-neutral again; well, this is the cherry on top. Rather than just us aiming for a positive impact on the climate, we give you a chance to pay a little bit extra to do your part!
All options are carbon-neutral ones from our side; however, profit from this shipping option will go to Native and be used to fund even more projects that reduce carbon emissions. By choosing this option for your order, you will offset all emissions associated with blank product manufacturing, fulfilment, shipping, and expected product care.
Sustainability
What is On Demand Manufacturing?
This means that products are fulfilled onlu as the order is placed, eliminating overproduction and creating less waste.
Why on demand is worth waiting for!
It's estimated that 30% of clothing is thrown away (not sold); but with on-demand, this doesn't happen. Producucts are only fullfilled as the order is placed. It might take a little bit longer to get your parel, but it's worth the wait.
Extending your apparels life expectancy
Yep, caring for clothing isn't the most fun that could be had in the world, but it is one of the most impactful things for it!
Normal wear and tear is expected, but by limiting washes, and looking after them correctly, not only can you slow the pilling and ill fitting side effects of regular washing, but maintain a happy electricity bill.
Order Status & Tracking
Can I track my delivery?
Yes.
After placing the order, we will send you order based notifications, dependent on the contact information you provide at checkout. (for instance, if you put an email address in, we will confirm your order through said email, followed by order and shipping updates).
Your order will look something like this:
- Confirmed - Order has been created
- On its way - Order is ready for or in transit
- Out for delivery - Order has arrived in your area
- Delivered - You have recieved the shipment
- Attempted delivery - Driver was unsuccesful in delivering parcel to your address
Is my order status page private?
Your shipping and billing addresses are safe, and aren't visible to anyone else!
When accessing said page form a device not used in checkout process, in order to log in you must give the valid order number (which can be found in your confirmation email, after order has been put through) and the email address used at checkout.
Can I share my order status?
You sure can! You can share your status with friends to let them know about your cool new purchase. Good news, no private information such as payment method or adresses will be shown! 😊
Where else can I view my order?
Current and historical orders can be found in the accounts section once subscribed.
To find this section, click the account button (Person) at the top right of the page.
An account can then be created using the email address used when ordering said item. Otherwise, creating an account beforehand will automatically import the delivery status into this section once the order is made.

Do you have size charts?
Please find size charts attached to most product descriptions.
How do I know what size I am?
We do not know you on a personal level, so we are unsure! Please measure yourself accordingly with the size charts mentioned above.

What is your shipping policy?
All shipping times are estimates. As this is an average, shipping times may vary; some items may arrive sooner, some later (especially during busy periods) than the predicted time.
Please note: this does not include processing and handling times. (Each product is made to order! More information is available on each individual product.)
Please take the estimated shipping times into account before purchasing. Also, please note that shipping times are an estimate, and due to variables in shipping and us no longer having any control over the product once it has left, we cannot guarantee exact times.

Where do you stand on refunds?
We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to submit your request/s.
We don't do returns, this is to save you and us the hassle of having to take it to the post office blah blah blah. Whether you want to keep the item that is up to you. Hey it might be one of a kind! 😉
Don't worry!
We will happily resend your desired product/s (given we still have it/them in stock). If requested product is no longer available, we can simply refund you, or replace with another item of similar fashion and/or price.
Eligibility for this policy is dependent on your observance of all the following criteria: your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it/them, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its/their original packaging. This is so we know causation for replacement wasn't after the fact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. *Please note: The product/s must also be defective, damaged or wrong (not the exact item requested according to the order.)

Please make sure to tell us what's wrong with it, just incase our eyes can't find it right away, followed by whether you'd like a refund or replacement. We will be in contact shortly.
If your submission is accepted, we’ll make sure to follow your requests as quick as possible, and resend, or refund the amount spent.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Wrong Item
If you have received the wrong item, not to worry, you can keep it! The same procedure applies as mentioned prior. Message us with a picture of the product and a quick summary of why you are emailing. We will reply as soon as possible.
If for any reason you do wish to return your order (ie: order is wrong size and you don't have anyone to fit it, or it's just your easiest option) please email us letting us know, and we will fill you in with the steps necessary to proceed.
*We do not refund orders purchased through gift cards.
